At first I was confused about needing more information than the number. Hotel staff was helpful in printing it out so we could take printed copy to pharmacy and pharmacist helpful with filling prescription, plus recommending probiotic and throat spray. Thank you!

A prescription followed almost immediately and I was able to get to a local pharmacy to fill it. All done in under an hour. Fabulous service, which is greatly reassuring when you’re on holiday.
